Our company has been providing
quality ATM service,
competitive pricing and free placement programs of ATM machines
since
1993. Cabe and Cato, Inc. is currently servicing over 600 ATM's
in 39 states,
and is processing nearly 200,000 transactions per month. We
have never strived
to be the largest ATM company -- only the best -- offering outstanding
customer care. We take pride in the fact that we have personally
established successful working relationships with ALL of our
clients, treating every customer as if they are the only customer,
regardless of size.
There may be larger ATM companies that have "bought"
their way into the ATM marketplace, but by the very nature of
being a larger company, these firms cannot provide the same
one-on-one, individual service as Cabe and Cato. Due to our
superior customer service in the industry, we currently receive
about 80% of our new customer business from existing client
referrals.
As a result, referral clients come to Cabe and Cato seeking
solutions for their ATM servicing. We, in turn, take the time
needed to create and implement a personalized business plan
for easy and successful ATM management that works for our customer.

As an ISO we are required to meet both financial and ethical
audits by the networks to maintain our ISO status. To remain
an ISO we must demonstrate our financial standing and proper,
ethical business practices to the networks on a yearly basis.

HOW OUR RELATIONSHIP WORKS.
Cabe & Cato ensures a successful CONTINUOUS revenue stream
for our Clients by quickly solving and problems after the ATM
is installed. You'll need one number to call for any ATM problem.
Client disputes, settlement questions, or if the ATM is "down"
simply contact Cabe & Cato. We'll take care of you.
As a Cabe & Cato customer you'll receive 100% of the surcharge
fees DAILY - not weekly or monthly. You can monitor ATM transaction
volume via the Internet. In fact, we now have US Wireless Data
technology that speeds up the transaction time (3x's faster
than dial up) while eliminating the need for an ATM phone line
(a cost savings to you)*. This new technology can be retrofitted
on any existing ATM.

TEAM.

Warren Cato / CEO
Warren Cato works with clients to develop a 'winning'
ATM placement and service strategy. In fact, he's helped
his customer's save thousands of dollars by being able
to problem-solve via phone rather than expensive on-site
service calls (a major revenue generator for other companies).
Warren has helped guide
the company's growth; Growth that has been tremendous
WITHOUT sacrificing personal customer service. Mr. Cato
graduated from Auburn University in 1986.
Warren's 10+ years of experience dealing with major ATM
equipment manufacturers allows him to provide impeccable
customer service 24/7
Warren felt so strongly about the ATM ISO and Operators
fate that he helped create the newly formed National Association
of ATM ISOs and Operator (NAAIO).
Jim Cabe / President
Co-founder of the company, Jim's
expertise stems from an extensive marketing background
and a 20-year career in business management, with over
12 of those years directly focused in the ATM service
industry. Jim manages and oversees all Atlanta-based accounts
and directs day to day operations. He is knowledgeable
in all brands of ATMs.
Jim's prior experience has been
directing operations and implementing successful, key
marketing strategies for the restaurant and bar industry.
Jim is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University, where
he was awarded a full basketball scholarship, and holds
a degree in Business Management.
Vicky Cato / Accountant
A Certified Financial Planner,
Vicky joined the company to be in control of all office
operations. She has spent over 13 years in the brokerage
business and is a true asset for Cabe & Cato and any
of our customers that have had the pleasure to work with
her.
